Little Farmers is a drop-in program for pre-school aged children and their caregivers.  At the weekly sessions, a garden-themed book is read, children engage in an age-appropriate hands-on garden activity, and then a garden-based snack is made.  Children explore seeds, soil, water, and discover many natural surprises in and around the garden.  The program is designed for 3-5 year olds, but siblings are welcome.  We ask that caregivers stay with their children and engage in the activities with them.

This year we are offering more weeks of Little Farmers that will connect the seasons with the garden.  We meet on Wednesdays from 10-11:30 on the following dates:

Spring: May 18 and 25, June 1, 8, and 15

Summer: June 29, July 6, 13, 20 and 27, and August 3

Fall: Cancelled

The drop in fee is $5-$15 per family.  Financial assistance is available; please contact the farmer.
